Unfortunately, once an individual appointment has been canceled, it cannot be reinstated. However, if a canceled appointment did take place, there are two options to resolve this:
Option 1: Book an Additional Appointment
You can book a new appointment for the following day with your cleaner. Once the cleaner accepts the appointment, they will have the option to issue an invoice. During the invoicing process, your service provider can also adjust the appointment date accordingly.
How to book the additional appointment:
In your customer account, click on your service provider's name.
Then select "Request a new booking."
