If you didn’t enter your billing address during the booking process or would like to change it for any other reason, Helpling makes it easy to update your billing address directly via your customer profile.
Where can I update my billing address?
You can conveniently update your billing address in your customer account by following these steps:
Log in to your customer account.
Navigate to the "Orders" section.
Click on "Edit" in the lower-left corner.
In the editing window, locate the section called "See home details and billing address."
Scroll to the bottom of the next page.
If you have more than one booking, select the specific booking for which you want to update the billing address.
What billing details can be updated?
You can update the following fields:
First name
Last name
Address line 1
Address line 2 (optional)
City
Postal code
👉 Please note:
It's not possible to add custom descriptions to the invoice (e.g., “ironing” or “window cleaning”). The listed service will always reflect the one selected during the booking, such as “home cleaning.”
Once you're done:
✅ Carefully review all entered data
✅ Click "Update billing address" to save the changes
When does the change take effect?
The new billing address will automatically apply starting with your next appointment. Any invoices created after the change will reflect the updated address.
Can past invoices be updated?
Customers are not able to update the billing address on already issued invoices themselves.
