Planning some time off or need to cancel an appointment for other reasons? No problem! With Helpling, you can cancel individual upcoming appointments quickly and easily. In this article, we’ll guide you through the process – simple, step by step, and with tips on how to avoid any potential cancellation fees.

How to cancel a future appointment:

To cancel a future appointment, go to your user profile and click on your active booking under the "Home" section. Under "Next Appointments", you’ll see your next three scheduled appointments. If you'd like to cancel a different appointment, click "See all" next to the list to see an overview of all your future appointments.

Select the appointment you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel Appointment".

Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment.
