Add products to your basket
Go to Checkout
Find the "Discount Code" box
Enter your code exactly as shown (with no extra spaces)
Click "Apply"
Confirm the discount has been applied before completing your purchase
Applying a Discount Code to a Huel Subscription
Log into your Huel Account at huel.com
Go to My Subscriptions
Click Manage Subscriptions
Click "Add a Discount Code"
Enter your code exactly as shown (with no extra spaces)
Click "Submit"
Your discount code will apply to your next subscription renewal.
Important to Know
Only one discount code can be used per order
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers
Most codes have an expiry date — check the terms when you received the code
Minimum spend may apply depending on the programme (for example, £46 or £60 thresholds)-
Shipping Fee Implications: Applying a discount code can affect your eligibility for free shipping. If the discount reduces your order total below the minimum threshold for free shipping, a delivery fee will be added. The discount still applies to the item value, but free shipping only applies when the post-discount total meets the free-shipping minimum.
Customer Eligibility: Some discount codes are exclusive to new customers or specific promotions. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before attempting to use the code.
If Your Discount Code Isn't Working
Check these things in order:
Verify the code is entered exactly as shown — discount codes are case-sensitive and cannot have extra spaces before or after. Re-enter it character by character if needed.
Check the code has not expired — if you received the code in an email or promotion, check the expiry date listed with the code.
Confirm your order meets the minimum spend requirement — some discount codes only work on orders above a certain value (e.g., £46 or £60). Check the terms with your code and add more products if needed.
Make sure no other discount is already applied — if you've already applied a different code or promotion, remove it first before applying a new one. You can only use one discount code per order.
Double-check for look-alike characters: Ensure you haven't entered a similar-looking character incorrectly, such as using the letter "l" instead of the number "1." Re-enter the code carefully to avoid this common mistake.
If you've checked all of these and your code still isn't working, say "talk to a human" and we'll help troubleshoot your discount code.
If you missed applying a discount code to your order, you can request a refund equal to the discount amount. For example, if you missed a £10 first-order discount, you can keep your existing order and request a refund to match the savings you would have received at checkout.
