Where do the macros in Huel Complete Nutrition Bars come from?

Every Huel Complete Nutrition Bar is built from whole food-derived ingredients to deliver a balanced macronutrient profile alongside complete micronutrition.

  • Protein — pea and brown rice protein: Together these provide a complete essential amino acid (EAA) profile, meaning they contain all nine EAAs the body cannot synthesize on its own. Each bar delivers up to 14g of plant-based protein.

  • Fat — cocoa mass, flaxseed, and sunflower oil: Cocoa mass contributes saturated fat and natural flavor. Flaxseed is a source of omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential fatty acid (EFA). Sunflower oil provides omega-6 linoleic acid (LA), also an EFA. Peanut Caramel flavor additionally contains peanuts, which contribute further fat.

  • Carbohydrates — wheat: Provides the primary carbohydrate base for sustained energy. Bars contain gluten and are not suitable for people with celiac disease.

  • Fiber — soluble fiber: Each bar contains dietary fiber, primarily from soluble fiber sources, to support digestive health and satiety.
