The referred customer has not completed their first order
The referral reward is only issued once the referred customer's first Huel order is fully processed and confirmed. If they've added items to their cart but haven't checked out yet, the reward won't be issued.
Minimum order value not met
The referred customer's order must be at least $60 to qualify for the referral reward. Orders below this amount won't trigger a reward.
The referral was not tracked correctly
The referred customer must place the order using your referral link or enter your referral code at checkout. If neither method is used, the referral reward cannot be applied. Make sure they used the correct link or code when ordering.
Processing timeframe
Referral rewards are typically sent shortly after the order is confirmed. In some cases, it may take a few days for the reward to be issued. Allow up to 7 days for the reward to appear in your account.
Email delivery issues
The reward notification may have landed in your spam or junk folder. Search your email for "Huel Referral Reward" across all folders, including promotions and updates.
What to do if your reward is still missing
Confirm all requirements above are met (order placed, $60+ minimum, referral link used, processing time allowed)

Log into your Huel account and check your Referral section to see if the reward appears there
