Huel's First Responders discount is offered as a thank you to emergency service professionals. To use the discount, customers must meet the eligibility requirements and agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Available to verified First Responders in the US, including paramedics, firefighters, police officers, and other recognized emergency roles
Verification is handled through Beans iD
2. Usage
The First Responders discount provides 20% off Huel orders
The discount can be used on one-off, bulk, and subscription purchases
A minimum spend of $60 applies
3. Validity
Codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
After expiry, customers must reapply for a new code: Claim First Responders Discount
4. Limitations
Only one discount code can be applied per order
The discount does not apply to delivery charges
If a subscription is not updated with a new code after expiry, orders will revert to full price
5. Misuse of discounts
Using First Responders discounts for reselling Huel products is strictly prohibited
If misuse is discovered, Huel reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove active discounts, and take further enforcement action in line with Huel's Terms & Conditions
