Discount code has expired
Huel Military discount codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If your code has expired, you'll need to request a new one through the Claim your military discount process.
Incorrect store region
The Huel Military discount code is only valid on the US Huel website. Make sure you're placing your order on the correct regional store and not a different country's site.
Multiple discount codes applied
Only one discount code can be used per Huel order. If another promotion or discount code is currently applied to your order, remove it before applying your Military discount code.
Discount code applied incorrectly to a subscription
For Huel subscription (recurring order) discounts, the code must be added in your account settings, not at checkout:

Click My Subscriptions
Select Manage Subscription
Click Add a Discount Code
