About your passcode
When you first download the app, you will be prompted set a passcode to use Shift & Time. This will be your default login process for the app.
If you want to update your passcode complete the following steps:
Go to the More tab and tap Login settings
Tap Update passcode
Add your new 6-digit passcode
Passcode updated.
Biometrics login (Face ID/Fingerprint ID)
If your phone has the option for Face ID or Fingerprint ID, you will be prompted to allow the app to use either ID to quickly log into the app.
This will mean you will not need to use your passcode to login. However, if the biometrics fail during login, you will be prompted to use your 6-digit passcode.
You can enable/disable your biometrics in-app by completing the following steps:
Go to the More tab and tap Login settings
Tap Biometrics
Enable/disable option for biometrics login
