How do I close my account?

  1. Go to the More tab and tap the Close my account option.

  2. Tap Continue, select a reason for your account closure request then tap the Request to close account button.
    ​

  3. Once confirmed, a request will go to our support team and they will begin to process your request.
    ​

  4. You should receive an email from a member of the support team, confirming that your account closure request has been completed.

Important: If you close your account with us, you will no longer be able to login once your request has been completed. This means you will be unable to:

  • Book shifts

  • View your work history

  • Access support

Your personal data will be deleted except for certain information that we are legally required or permitted to retain as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
