Go to the More tab and tap the Close my account option.
βTap Continue, select a reason for your account closure request then tap the Request to close account button.
βOnce confirmed, a request will go to our support team and they will begin to process your request.
βYou should receive an email from a member of the support team, confirming that your account closure request has been completed.
Important: If you close your account with us, you will no longer be able to login once your request has been completed. This means you will be unable to:
Book shifts
View your work history
Access support
Your personal data will be deleted except for certain information that we are legally required or permitted to retain as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
