Why are some shifts failing to book?

Here are some common reasons why some shifts are failing to book:

  • The shift selected may have already been booked during your selection time, meaning the shift is now fully booked.
    ​

  • Slow or no internet connection. Retry gaining a good internet connection to ensure your shift bookings go through.

  • Overlapping with an existing shift booking you have. You cannot book shifts that overlap in time.
    ​

  • Breach of Daily Working Time Regulations. You can work up to 13 hours in a 24-hour period if you receive a minimum 11-hour rest period. The app will block any breach of this rule.
    ​

  • Shift booking limits may have been applied to your job for that working week.
    ​
