Here are some common reasons why some shifts are failing to book:
The shift selected may have already been booked during your selection time, meaning the shift is now fully booked.
βSlow or no internet connection. Retry gaining a good internet connection to ensure your shift bookings go through.
Overlapping with an existing shift booking you have. You cannot book shifts that overlap in time.
βBreach of Daily Working Time Regulations. You can work up to 13 hours in a 24-hour period if you receive a minimum 11-hour rest period. The app will block any breach of this rule.
βShift booking limits may have been applied to your job for that working week.
