Why can’t I see any shifts available in the app?

Here are some common reasons why you may not see shifts available in the app:

  • All shifts have been fully booked for the days you are viewing

  • No shifts have been released for the days you are viewing

  • You may not be actively linked to a job with shifts available

  • Internet connection issues

  • Shifts have been released by the hiring team but then deleted

If you are notified of new shifts available but then do not see any shifts available, the same criteria above may apply.

Remember to contact your hiring team for anymore queries or questions around shift availability.
