Go to the Shifts tab and ensure the Booked shift section is selected
Tap the day of the shift you want to cancel
Tap the shift to open the shift details screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the Cancel button.
Select a reason for your cancellation and confirm your cancellation
You will receive a confirmation alert in-app and your shift will now be cancelled
Important: You will only be able to cancel your shift if any cancellation policy terms are met (stated in the Shift details screen) and if the shift has not already started.
If you fail to turn up to your shift without cancelling, you may be marked as a No Show by your hiring team, which will be displayed on your shifts in your Booked Shifts calendar.
