Growceanu is a crowdfunding platform, authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Romania under EU regulation 2020/1503.
On the Growceanu platform, private businesses can list themselves to raise investment rounds from the general public or institutional investors. Investors receive shares in the companies in exchange for money.
The Growceanu company was founded in 2018 in Timisoara as a local business angels club. During the period 2021-2024, Growceanu expanded nationally. During this period, Growceanu members invested in 27 companies.
