Has another vehicle taken the designated Greenwheels location? That shouldn’t happen!
Fortunately, the app has a solution:
Open the app and choose ‘Parking help’.
Select ‘Designated location is occupied’.
The app will show your current location and a green zone where you’re allowed to park.
Follow the instructions in the app. Park within the green zone and as close as possible to the designated location.
Driving an electric Greenwheels car? Then park at a spot with a charging point and plug in the car. No charging point available? Choose a regular parking space within the green zone.
Please make sure you park according to the rules. So don’t leave the car at a loading bay or on someone’s driveway. You are responsible for parking correctly within the green zone. We’ll share the new location with the next Greenwheels driver, so you don’t have to do anything. Happy to always have a place to park!
