In our Carsharing solution, you can export data from your bookings for business analysis. You can choose which vehicles to include, set a time period, and select any additional details you need. You can also filter the data by driver, depot, or vehicle status to focus on what matters most.
In the exported file, you’ll also find some additional details, such as a column for vehicle groups and the booking duration shown in minutes.
How to export
Go to
Carsharing.
Switch to the "Bookings" tab
Here you may use the filters, time period and search bar to show the data you want the file to show.
Click the "Export" button on the top right.
An Excel file will download to your computer, but if there is a lot of data, you will see a pop-up at the top when the file is ready to download.
