📘 Documents added to a task can be both required ones (the ones you indicated when creating the task) and additional files the driver or another employee attached for explanation or context.
You can download any document or file that the driver or another mobile employee has added to the task even if the task is not started or not yet completed, as long as the driver’s Driver mobile app is connected to the internet.
In an active route
To find and download a scan or other file attached to a task in a route that is currently in progress:
Go to
Online Map → Tasks.
Find and click the vehicle card (use group filters or scroll the list).
🔔 Do not click on the licence plate — it will open the vehicle profile, and do not click on the driver’s name — it will open the driver profile.
Expand Planned (Sent to vehicle) for active routes.
Find and expand the route that is in progress — it has a green dot next to it.
Find the required task and click the blue Documents button.
Review the list of currently added documents:
Mandatory documents you set in the task appear first.
Any additional files added by the driver/employee follow after in the "Attachments" list.
📘 If a mandatory document has not been added yet, it appears greyed out.
Click the download button on the right side of the document record.
In a completed route
To find and download a scan or other file attached to a task in a route that is already completed:
Go to
Online Map → History.
In the left-hand dropdown, select the vehicle you want to review.
Choose a day or other period to filter completed routes.
In the filtered list, find the required route and click it to expand.
Find the required task and click the blue Documents button.
📘 If the button is grey, mandatory documents have not yet been added by the driver.
Review the list of currently added documents:
Mandatory documents you set in the task appear first.
Any additional files added by the driver/employee follow after in the "Attachments" list.

Click the download button on the right side of the document record.
