In addition to setting up your company preferences, you can also choose which users should have 2FA enabled or disabled. This makes our 2FA feature flexible and easy to adjust to your needs.
Go to
Settings -> Two-factor authentication.
Scroll through the list to find your users, or use the search bar.
Mark the checkboxes to enable it
— or unmark them to disable it
.
For the web platform, use the "Web application" column.
For the mobile app for managers, use the "Manager application" column.
After selecting a few of them, you will see a bar at the bottom of the screen.
Click SAVE to confirm your changes.
✅ To select all users listed on a specific page of the table, simply click on the selection box located in the column header.
