How to use 'Documents and Licenses' in the Manager app

🚨 Documents and licenses can only be added through the Manager app. This option is not yet available in Driver.

Add a new entry

To add a new document or licence record:

  1. In your Mapon Manager app, tap the Fleet Management module, then scroll the tabs to the left and tap LICENCES.

  2. Click "+" at the bottom right to add a new record.
    ​

  3. Select vehicle and enter the document details, such as title, starting date, and expiration date.
    ​

  4. Set number of days before the expiration date to highlight it as 'Due soon'.
    ​

  5. Optionally you can add costs for issuing the document and also upload the document original file from your mobile device.
    ​

  6. Also, you can set a notification for expiring document which will be generated according to number of days indicated in 'Notify days before end date' field.
    ​

  7. You can add some additional notes about the document you are adding (e.g. Document Number).
    ​

  8. Click Save at the top right to create a record.
    ​


Edit or delete

To edit or delete document or licence record:

  1. In your Manager app, tap the Fleet Management module, then scroll the tabs to the left and tap LICENCES.
    ​

  2. Find and tap the document you want to edit or delete (use search feature if needed).
    ​

  3. Make the necessary changes or go to the bottom and tap DELETE and confirm.

  4. Click Save at the top right to apply changes.

Mark as done and reset reminder

🚨 Automatically created documents cannot be manually managed; they update based on their source (e.g., tachograph calibration from a downloaded vehicle file).

To mark document or licence record as done:

  1. In your Manager app, tap Fleet Management, scroll the tabs to the left, and select LICENCES.
    ​

  2. Find and tap the document you want to mark as done (use search if needed).
    ​

  3. Tap MARK AS DONE at the top to open further options.
    ​

  4. To complete the document and save it as a record only, tap YES to change its status to 'Completed'.
    ​

  5. To complete the document and set a reminder for renewal, tap YES, AND RESTORE REMINDER.

    πŸ“˜ You’ll be prompted to create a new reminder entry, while this record will be marked as 'Done' and moved to 'Completed'.

    πŸ”” To cancel a document's completion, find it in the 'Completed' list at the bottom (or use search), tap it, then tap DONE at the top and confirm to restore.
