The Uploaded files section consists of two subsections: 'Saved configurations' and 'Uploaded files'.
In this tab, you can view key data, for each upload event of the files uploaded to your configured destinations.
This information covers all uploads made within the past 30 days, allowing you to monitor and manage your file uploads effectively. By reviewing these details, you can ensure that all necessary files have been uploaded correctly and are available in your chosen destinations.
Columns
In the 'Uploaded files' tab, at the top of the table, you will see the next columns:
Upload destination: This is where the files will be uploaded; The upload configuration.
File type: Type of files that are being downloaded by this upload configuration (it can be Driver file or Vehicle file).
Subject: For driver files, this is the name of the driver that this file came from. For vehicle files, this will be the license plate of the vehicle.
Depot: This will show to which depot this upload configuration is linked to, if a depot was selecting when creating the upload configuration.
Date of upload: Date when the upload was attempted (only for 'Failed' and 'Finished').
Upload status: This status will show you the current status of the upload.
Upload statuses
On the 'Upload status' column you can see the status of your uploaded files:
🟨 Pending: These files are in the queue and will attempt to upload later.
🟦 In progress: These files are currently being uploaded.
🟩 Finished: These files have been uploaded successfully.
🟥 Failed: These files could not be uploaded. Press the icon on the right side to try again.
Upload Troubleshooting
On the far right side of the table, you'll find a helpful feature for managing uploads with a 'Failed' status. For these failed uploads, a retry button is available, allowing you to quickly and easily attempt the upload again without needing to navigate away from the page.
This feature ensures that any issues with failed uploads can be addressed promptly, minimizing disruptions and helping to maintain the integrity of your data.
