In this section you will find:
'Drivers' tab: Log of all downloaded tachograph driver files.
'Vehicles' tab: Log of all downloaded tachograph vehicle files.
'Download log' tab: Here you will find the download queue of all tachograph files as well as their download statuses.
Additionally, here you can schedule automatic downloads and manual downloads.
'Drivers' tab
The 'Drivers' tab in the Downloaded files section holds a comprehensive record of all tachograph driver file downloads. It includes detailed information such as the download date, vehicle used, tachograph card number, depot, driver name, and driver date of birth.
Additionally, each row has a download button located on the right side , which allows you to effortlessly download the file to your computer with a single click.
Filter the driver tachograph file downloads you wanna see by time period, driver, and tachograph card number.
'Vehicles' tab
The 'Vehicles' tab in the Downloaded files section will show you the history of all tachograph vehicle files downloaded. It provides information such as the download date, vehicle, VIN, depot, and the download period start and end.
Additionally, on the right side of the table, there is a download button to download the vehicle files directly to your computer. This feature allows for quick and easy access to your tachograph vehicle file history, ensuring that you can keep track of essential data without any hassle.
Filter the vehicle tachograph files you wanna see by time period, vehicle, and the vehicle's VIN.
Download log
The 'Download log' tab will show you a list of all the download requests, along with the download statuses for each request.
Gain clear insight into the progress and completion of downloads with transparency features. Stay organized with a comprehensive list of all download activities for improved efficiency. Quickly identify and address any failed download attempts through effective error management. Monitor the current status of your downloads in real time.
Download statuses
Scheduled: This download is scheduled to happen.
Finished: The download request was completed.
Failed: This download request has failed.
Cancelled: This download request was canceled.
In progress: This download request is currently in progress.
Export download data
You can export the data of your downloads by using the .ZIP button on the top right side of the tables. This is possible for the data on the 'Drivers' tab and/or the 'Vehicles' tab.
