I received a damaged or wrong item — what should I do?

How we'll fix a damaged, faulty or incorrect order.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible via live chat (the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of this page) or email support@goodforme.com.

Include your order number and, if you can, a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
