What happens to my balance if I do not transfer my account?

If you do not transfer your goFLUX account, but your account still has a positive balance, your money will not be lost.

  • If you have provided your bank details (IBAN) and completed the required information, your balance will be automatically paid out before goFLUX is discontinued.

  • If you have not yet provided an IBAN or your information is incomplete, your balance will remain available.

Even after goFLUX has been shut down, you will still have the opportunity, for a limited period of time, to request a payout by submitting the missing information.

📣 Important: Please make sure your bank details are entered in your goFLUX account in time to avoid any delays in the payout.
