What happens to my goFLUX account?

When you transfer your goFLUX account to the Karos app, your data will be fully transferred.

After the transfer, your goFLUX account will no longer be accessible. The transfer process starts directly in the goFLUX app.

You keep:

  • Your personal data (phone number, email address, profile, ride preferences, uploaded documents)

  • Your ride history, your favorite carpoolers, and your chat conversations

Your existing goFLUX balance won't be lost: It will automatically be paid out to your linked bank account – you don't need to do anything.

Note: Unused promo codes will not be transferred and should be redeemed before the switch.
