Order Confirmation Email
1. Allow up to one hour
After placing your order, it may take up to one hour for your order confirmation email to arrive.
The timing can depend on your email provider, and in some cases, delivery may be slightly delayed.
Please also make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct. Typos or spelling mistakes may prevent the confirmation email from being delivered.
2. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes, our emails may end up in your spam or junk folder, especially if this is your first time ordering from us.
If you find the email there, mark it as “Not Spam” to help ensure future GetTested emails go to your inbox.
3. Still haven’t received it?
If it has been more than one hour and you have checked your spam or junk folder, please contact our support team with your name and email address.
We can help confirm whether your order was placed successfully.
Please note that not receiving an order confirmation email does not always mean the order failed. You may also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
This email usually includes:
Your delivery address
Your tracking number
A “Track your order” button linking directly to the carrier’s website
This confirms that your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Once the carrier has registered the shipment, live tracking updates and an estimated delivery date will become available through the tracking link.
When will I receive my shipping confirmation email?
It can take up to one business day for the shipping confirmation email to be sent.
For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon, it may be picked and packed the following Monday, and you will receive your tracking email then.
Why did I receive more than one shipping confirmation email?
If you ordered several tests, your order may be shipped in separate packages.
This can happen because some products are shipped from our warehouse in Ohio, while others are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina.
If your order is split between both warehouses, you may receive two separate shipping confirmation emails, each with its own tracking information.
Are Order or Delivery Confirmations Sent by SMS?
No. We do not send order confirmations or delivery confirmations by SMS.
All order updates, shipping confirmations, and tracking information are sent to the email address provided when placing your order.
