How to place an order

Written by Carl Säbom

When ordering a laboratory test, you'll be asked to enter Patient Information during checkout. This information is used to create the account where the test results will be uploaded, so it's important that you enter the details of the person who will be taking the test.

Ordering tests for yourself

If all the tests in your basket are for the same person, simply enter your details under Patient Information. If you've added multiple laboratory tests to your basket, you'll see the option "Use same details for all tests."

Leave this option enabled if all of the tests are for the same person. The same patient information will automatically be applied to every laboratory test in your basket.

Ordering tests for multiple people

If you're ordering tests for different people, disable "Use same details for all tests."

You'll then be able to enter separate Patient Information for each laboratory test.

Make sure each person's own email address is entered under Patient Email, as this email address is used to create their personal account where they'll receive their login details and access their test results.

If the same email address is entered for multiple patients, all of those tests will be linked to the same account.

To ensure each person receives their own account, each patient should have their own email address.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order has been placed, an account is automatically created for each patient using the information entered during checkout.

Each patient will receive an email containing a one time password and instructions to log in and create a new password.

This account is where they'll register their laboratory test (if required) and view their results once the analysis has been completed.

Need to change the patient information?

If you've entered incorrect patient information or the wrong email address, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the information before your order is processed.
