Save as PDF on a PC or Mac
Click the Print/PDF button in your plan's toolbar.
If necessary, select your paper size, how many pages you want your plan to be produced over, and the orientation you want it to be displayed in.
Click Download PDF to save a PDF of your plan to your computer.
Save as PDF on iPad
On iPad, The procedure is slightly different:
Tap on the Print/PDF button in your plan's toolbar.
Tap Generate PDF.
Once the PDF has been generated, tap Open.
Tap on the Export button at the top right corner of Safari. Scroll down and tap Save to Files.
