Procedure templates give your organization a consistent, repeatable process for handling cases. Once a template is created, it can be applied to cases to guide case handlers through each step of the investigation.
Only administrators, system technician and user-defined users with access to security settings can view and edit this page.
Viewing Your Templates
Go to Settings > Procedure. You'll see a list of all existing procedure templates, each showing the template name and the number of procedure steps it contains.
Creating a New Template
Click + Create template in the top right corner. Give the template a name and build out the procedure steps your case handlers should follow.
Templates are labeled as Procedure type and can be selected when managing individual cases.
You can create multiple templates for different scenarios. For example, you might have one general template and a separate one specifically for internal investigations.
