Create a reporting channel to allow users to submit reports through a link, phone hotline, or email. Once created, you can customize how the reporting page looks and what information is collected.
💡 You can create unlimited number of reporting channels in the Advanced plan and up to 5 reporting channels in the Core plan.
Steps
Go to Reporting channels
There are three types of reporting channels: Links, Phone hotline, and Email. In this example, we’ll create a channel using Links. Click Add new
Enter a name under Name. You can also customize the link suffix if needed then click on Save
💡 Note: Phone hotline and Email channels are available as add-ons.
You can create multiple reporting channels for different use cases, such as departments or regions.
Preview and share your reporting page
You can preview your reporting page and share it with others using the options available.
Open page
Click Open page to see how the reporting page looks for users. This helps you review the experience before sharing it.
Copy link
Use the link icon to copy your reporting page URL and share it where needed.
Download QR code
Click the QR code icon to download a QR code for your reporting page. This is useful if you want to include it in posters or printed materials.
If you update the link suffix, make sure to download a new QR code, as it will change with the link.
Default language
Set the default language shown when the reporting page is opened. You can also choose Auto detection to match the user’s browser language.
To add more languages, go to Pages, select a language from the dropdown, and click the + icon to add it to your reporting page.
Delete channel
Click Delete channel to remove the reporting channel. A confirmation window will appear where you can select which channel to delete.

Can we change the subdomain or prefix of the reporting channel link
Answer: The subdomain and prefix of the reporting link (e.g.
whistleblowersoftware.com/secure/) are fixed and cannot be changed due to security and SSL requirements.However, you can customize the suffix (the last part of the link) to match your organization or use case. See step 3 for how to do this.
