Community Feature Overview

Our Community feature enhances collaboration by allowing employees to see who plans to work from specific locations and when. This visibility facilitates better coordination, encouraging more in-person interactions and productive time spent together in the same physical space.

Visibility and Privacy

By default, your profile is set to public within your organization. This means:

  • Everyone in your organization can find and follow any colleague.

  • Following a colleague allows you to view their booking plans, which reflects their intent to work from a certain location. Please note, this does not provide real-time location tracking; it only shows where someone plans to be based on their bookings.

Opting Out: Privacy Settings

You have control over your participation in the Community feature:

  • Going Private: You can choose to opt-out and make your profile private. A private setting means you are invisible within the Community feature; you cannot be found or followed. If you had followers before going private, they would no longer have access to your booking information.

Blocking Specific Followers

For those seeking a more tailored approach to privacy:

  • Block Followers: Even while participating in the Community, you have the option to block specific followers. Blocked users will not be able to see any of your bookings, providing you with granular control over your privacy and information sharing.

Your Control

Your privacy and comfort are paramount. These settings are designed to give you full control over how you interact with and participate in our Community. Whether you prefer open collaboration or more privacy, you can adjust your settings at any time to suit your preferences.
