Note: This is an optional feature, please contact us to enable for your Flowlens system.

The Custom Fields function resides within your system Settings, and enables additional fields to be added against different elements of Flowlens. Initially this has been rolled out for Sales, with further elements to follow subject to user feedback.

Production & Shopfloor

Actual Time Per Step

Each step in a production step can optionally store the estimated time in hours and mins. Actual time worked is shown in the Tracked Times tab, (and labour cost accrued in the Costs tab).

Now, as time is added against a step using the Start/Stop buttons within the Shopfloor app, the total time worked on the step is shown directly within the step.

Reporting

Sales Order Profitability

The previously released version of this report was broken down by line item, and this has been renamed as 'Sales Order Line Item Profitability'.

A new report 'Sales Order Profitability' includes one line per Sales Order and shows Order Value, Invoiced Value, any applicable Credit Notes, direct manufacturing costs, other manually added costs, and profit/loss value and percentage. This report can be exported to Excel.

This tab shows a breakdown of child parts for the relevant parent parts, including available stock. This improvement enables users to show/hide the components within sub-assemblies without leaving the page.
