The Heatmap allows you as the Company Admin to gain a better overview based on completed pulse surveys. This creates faster opportunities to identify strengths and areas for improvement, as well as where best to focus your resources.
The Flourish Heatmap is divided into five different colors: red, orange, yellow, light green, and green. The colors are still fundamentally based on the NPS methodology, but with clearer color distinctions for results that fall between different ranges.
