How to Change Profile Information

This guide shows you how to change information in a profile.

This is relevant for changing both customer and employee information.

Step 1:

  • Click on Show, then click on Customer and Personnel Directory.

  • Click on either Customers, Companies, or Staff, depending on which profile you want to change (no. 1).

  • Double-click on the specific profile (no. 2).

Step 2:

  • Click on Information (no. 3).

  • You can now change the following information in the profile (no. 4):

    • Phone number

    • Name

    • Link to company

    • Address

    • Postal code and city

    • Alternative phone number

    • Email

    • Fax number

    • Language

    • Customer number

    • Birthday

    • Contact person

    • Gender

    • Customer card

    • Customer code

    • Messages

    • Customer tags

    • Department

    • Customer type

    • Membership groups

    • Do not ask about activity accessories

    • Do not receive newsletters/mass mailings

    • Can only be edited by administrator

  • Click on Save and Close (no. 5).
