The Figo Dashboard is where you configure everything for your organisation's Figo account. From adding mobility products to setting spending limits and managing employee permissions — it all starts here.
Mobility products
You can enable mobility products for your organisation under the settings. Once enabled, employees can use these services through the Figo app or Mobility Center. Available products include:
Greenwheels — shared car rental
MyWheels — shared car rental
Check — scooter rental
NS Business Card — train travel
Travel Card — corporate card for mobility and other expenses
Travel Card settings
If your organisation uses the Travel Card, you can configure how employees are allowed to spend with it.
Allowed expense categories
Choose whether employees can use the Travel Card for all corporate expenses, or restrict it to specific mobility-related categories such as:
Parking
Taxi and ride services
Fuel and EV charging
Public Transport
Daily spending limit
Set a maximum daily spend per employee for your organisation.
Auto top-up
Configure automatic top-up settings so employees' Travel Cards are replenished when the balance drops below a set threshold.
Other Travel Card settings — such as individual card limits — can be managed on the employee page. Other settings are configured by Figo. Contact support if you need help.
Kilometer registration and mobility options
Set the rules for how employees register kilometers and which mobility options are available to them. For example, you can restrict employees to cycling only, or also allow car travel, train, and other transport types.
Allowances and compensations
Configure one-off or recurring allowances that employees can receive and register in the app. Examples include:
Working from home allowance
Lunch allowance
Other expense compensations
Employees can view and submit these allowances directly in the Figo app.
Notifications
Choose which notifications your organisation receives. You can configure alerts for:
Inviting employees to the Figo platform — useful if you prefer to manage onboarding without employees having to do anything themselves
Card issuance and card requests
Reservations made by employees
Access control
Get an overview of which users have an admin or super admin role in your organisation, and manage their permissions from here.
Super admins can assign admin and super admin roles. Regular admins can view access but cannot change roles.
