To reset your Demo account, navigate to the "Settings" section in your Client's Area, then select "Account Settings." On this page, click the "Reset Demo Account" button. This action will automatically archive your current Demo account and create a new one for you to use.

How can expired options positions be removed from my Demo account?

At this time, the sole method for removing expired options positions from your Demo account is to perform a Demo account reset. This can be done within your Client's Area by navigating to "Settings," then "Account Settings," and selecting "Reset Demo Account." This action will archive your current Demo account and generate a new one without the expired positions.

How do I open a Live trading account and start trading?

To open a Live trading account and begin real-time trading, follow these steps in the Client's Area:

  1. Fill in the questionnaire.

  2. Provide the necessary documents for verification either as an individual or corporate trader.

  3. Funded your account to meet the minimum deposit threshold.

When will I have access to Live trading?

You will gain access to Live quotes in the Live environment as soon as your account is verified.

Trading will be possible only after your account is funded with the minimum deposit, which is 10,000 EUR or equivalent in other available currencies for an individual account and 50,000 EUR or equivalent in other available currencies for a corporate account.
