Due to regulatory requirements, Estateguru is obliged to differentiate between sophisticated and non-sophisticated investors. An investor with little knowledge or prior experience with investment services is considered non-sophisticated. Non-sophisticated investors can still invest on Estateguru's platform; however, they must assume the risks associated with investing, and Estateguru has additional risk disclosure obligations in regard to them.

Investor protection measures are available for non-sophisticated investors using our services, such as a 4-day reflection period to reconsider their investments, a calculator for assessing loss-bearing ability, an appropriateness questionnaire to test their understanding of the services and detect any deficiencies therein, and further information about our processes, the projects, and the risks associated with investing.
