Why is the AUM (Assets Under Management) fee being implemented?
Updated over a week ago

The AUM (Assets Under Management) fee was strategically introduced to align Estateguru's retail fee structure with its institutional model, enhance the investment platform and user experience, and ensure we stay at the forefront of the financial market while remaining compliant with European Crowdfunding Regulations. This, in turn, allows us to provide you with a superior and more rewarding investing experience, with enhanced safety and informational features, such as the recent addition of Moody’s Analytical Assessment System to the platform.

Our AUM fee structure is not merely a standard fee but rather a testament to our belief in mutual success. We understand that the growth of our investors is intertwined with our growth. Thus, the AUM fee is implemented only when our investors are receiving positive returns from their investments. This approach ensures that we are aligned with our objectives, and further incentivized to ensure the successful performance of the loans made available to our investor community.

*The AUM fee will only apply to investments made after the 1st of November 2023.
