When is the AUM fee applicable?
Updated over 8 months ago

The AUM fee applies only to the principal invested in performing loans (not late, in default, or partially recovered), ensuring that the fee is a reflection of the actual, current success of your investments.

The AUM fee is applied monthly on the basis of an assessment of your returns (including interest, bonus interest and penalties, but excluding principal repayments). Additionally, the applicability of the AUM fee is closely tied to the actual return received by an investor in a specific month. The fee will only be deducted if the calculated amount is less than 25% of the investor's monthly returns (which includes interest, bonus interest and penalties, but excluding principal repayments). In instances where the investor does not receive any returns or the calculated AUM fee is less than 25% of the monthly return, the fee will not be applicable for that particular month. This methodology ensures that the deduction of the fee is in sync with the real-time performance and returns of the investments, thereby establishing a fair and equitable framework for investors.

*The AUM fee will only apply to investments made after the 1st of November 2023.
