  • If monthly returns are 100 000 EUR or more, the AUM fee will in any case not exceed €50.

  • No fee will be charged if 25% of your monthly return is lower than the calculated AUM fee.

  • Only loans with a ‘funded’ status are factored into the AUM fee calculations.

  • The fee will be calculated only from the performing loans (Funded status) issued after November 1, 2023, and the loans purchased from the Secondary Market after November 1, 2023.

*The AUM fee will only apply to investments made after the 1st of November 2023.
