For the purpose of calculating an investor's return, the following streams are taken into account:
Interest: The regular interest earned from investments.
Bonus Interest: Any additional interest awarded as an incentive or bonus.
Penalties: Calculated from the moment the financial obligation becomes due until its due performance, unless otherwise stated in the loan terms.
*The AUM fee will only apply to investments made after the 1st of November 2023.
