Late or Defaulted Loans: Loans that are late or defaulted (as of the last day of the previous month, at 23:59:59 EET precisely) are excluded from the AUM fee calculation.

Interest payments and penalties amounting to less than 25% of the calculated AUM fee:

If the calculated AUM fee amounts to more than 25% of an investor's monthly interest payments (plus penalties), it will not be applicable.

Investments made before November 1, 2023: The fee will only apply to investments made after November 1, 2023. This means loans published on the Primary Market from 1 November 2023 as well as loans you have purchased on the Secondary Market from 1 November 2023.

*The AUM fee will only apply to investments made after the 1st of November 2023.
