We offer FREE returns for customers if you select store credit or an exchange via a postal drop-off/locker*.
All UK orders are subject to a return fee if returned for a refund.
All orders returned via a postal drop-off store or locker service will have a £1.99 fee deducted from the final refund total.
All orders returned for a refund via a home collection will have a £2.99 fee deducted from the final return total.
All orders returned for an exchange via a home collection will have a £0.99 fee to pay.
Are exchanges free?
If you're looking to exchange your order, you won’t be charged any return fees.
If you haven't found your perfect size or have simply changed your mind, you can use our online Returns Portal (here) to initiate a return and exchange your item.
