A new field ‘Payroll Variance Threshold’ was added to the Company Details screen. This field stores a payroll percentage threshold that can be used to compare and identify Compensation Worksheet line items that are outside of a configured threshold value

Users can now add, edit and view ‘Where Paid’ details for Compensation Accumulator entries. This field is now supported in:

Cost Estimates
The ‘Cost Estimate Calculation Detail’ report will now work when a range of years was provided as a reporting variable
Dashboards
Added a new dashboard ‘Equus Dashboard - Compensation Super User’ to assist with navigating through configuration components for compensation
Mobile Employee Experience
The Mobile Employee Experience theme settings have been enhanced to support both Company and System level themes
Fixed an issue in the Mobile Employee Experience Android app, where Expense Report file attachments were not uploading
Mobility Management
Exceptions:
Users can now configure a new setting allowing exceptions to remote work locations not allowed and set day limit rules that may have been configured.
Note, when any rules are bypassed via this setting, the Remote Work Approval ruleset can route the approval form to a specific contact. Approvers will also receive detailed information about any bypassed rules in the approval form
Travel Confirmation Process:
The Assignment Destination screen includes the following new fields:
Original Start Date
Original End Date
Travel Dates Confirmed
Added a new review screen where employee users that have recently finished a working trip can confirm start and end dates for accurate trip information
Undo functionality has been added to this screen, incase employees accidentally submit incorrect entries
General:
We improved the mobility case creation process. Now, after successfully creating or saving a mobility case, the ‘View/Edit Existing Record’ modal will automatically appear
Enhancements were made when searching for mobility cases within the Mobility Manager widget:

The search button now works as expected when the language is set to French
Improved the accessibility features of the Remote Work Request form ensuring a more inclusive and user-friendly experience
Mobility records can now be saved as expected when no coordinator is selected
Resolved some issues when Remote Work Requests are submitted, including:
New country rules not being reflected
Issues encountered when the employee’s first and last names exceed a combined length of 50 characters
Corrected a scenario where the date validation on the ‘WHEN’ step of the Remote Work Request form allowed users to proceed to the next step with invalid dates
Resolved an issue where the ‘Total Working Days’ field was not displayed on the Remote Work Request form
Quick Workflows
Quick Workflows have been created to support Mobility Management as below:
‘Send Travel Date Reconfirmation Notification to Employee’ - alerts employees that travel dates need to be reconfirmed
‘Remote Work Confirmed Dates Exceed Approved Dates’ - alerts coordinators that employee travel has exceeded the maximum allowable days configured
‘Send Travel Date Confirmation to Employee’ Quick Workflow - alerts employees that they must confirm the dates of travel 7 days after the completion of a trip
Note, these three Quick Workflows are inactive by default
Solved an issue with certain Quick Workflows not sending Pulse Checks when triggered
Single Sign-On
Improved the interface of the SSO login page. Locked or expired users will no longer be displayed on the page
Stability Enhancements
Enhanced the Business Rules context selector to handle large volumes of data
Resolved an issue where criteria filters resulted in incorrect date values when the browser was set to a non-US language setting
Improved performance of the User Profile Template page to better handle large Company Segment data sets
Enhanced performance of the Company Segment page to manage entries with a large number of lookup values

System Requirements
From this release onwards, for self-hosted instances the Equus Platform requires a web server running on .NET Framework (Version 4.8) or above
Theme Builder
The Theme Builder now allows only one active theme at the company level and one theme at a system level
User Groups
User profiles now work as expected when configuring defaults and exceptions
User Reports
Added User Report Type validation on User Reports to prevent errors with reporting
