Search Box Enhancements
Search for employees and assignments from any screen using any combination of name, location and policy

Business rules can now be locked and unlocked giving greater control over who can make changes

Unique approval links can be now be expired automatically based on system settings

Other Features
Assignment Details
New standard fields are available on the Employee and Assignment screens to store information that may be requested by Immigration Service Providers. Rehire Date has been added to the Employee screen, and Offer Salary has been added to the Assignment Screen. Both fields are hidden by default and can be enabled by modifying the relevant Data Dictionary Override entries.
Both fields are available on the relevant Authorization Controls for Employee and Assignment, and background processes have been updated to handle moving data between Authorizations and Assignments when one is created from the other
The new fields have been made available in the People API Subscription
The Immigration Services Permission Set has been updated to enable service providers to include these fields in their integrations
Added support for new fields to universal import process, flexible header import and Employee Assignment flexible header import
AssignmentPro APIs
Several new endpoints have been added to the People API subscription. Additional information about available attributes and supported HTTP methods can be accessed by logging in as an API Subscriber and viewing the technical documentation portal.
An endpoint for Assignment Visa is now available in the People API subscription to enable sending information about Visas or Work Permits into AssignmentPro, or pulling the information out into an external system
An endpoint for Assignment Visa Rule has been created so that Job Description required by some immigration providers can be provided to AssignmentPro via API request by other systems
An endpoint for Training is also available so that details about Training or Orientation needs for an Assignment can be exchanged between AssignmentPro and other business systems
Authorizations
Assignment Package and Cost Estimate Effective Date can now be set to any date
Authorization approval links sent via email expire if the Authorization status is Submitted, Complete, Cancelled or Denied
Core Flex policy exceptions approval emails that have expired can now be resent to approvers
Bank Accounts
Fixed an issue where Bank Account location could not be changed
Business Rules
New functionality to support locking and unlocking business rules, controlled by security role access
Fixed an issue where a user with access rights to the system-level Business Rules screen was unable to access system-level Business Rules if they had no access rights to the company-level Business Rules screen
Fixed an issue where the Election Choice when used with Business Rules, was not correctly converting numbers to points
Fixed an issue where the Business Rules were being executed after the Tax Calculations in Cost Estimates, causing errors when calculating taxes that required some data from Business Rules
Fixed an issue where if the user only had access to one company, the user was not able to save & run the Business rule in the context of WICE created for that company
Landing Experience
The Word Cloud widget has a new option to customize the maximum number of words displayed
Mobile Employee Experience (MEE)
Fixed an issue where the MEE Menu did not load when system required data was ‘null’
Fixed an issue that was preventing Mobile App activation
Fixed an issue where Hide Assignments by Authorization Status configuration was not always being enforced
A new Use Create Date As Entry Date setting has been added to the Expense Report Configuration Template that automatically sets a submitted expenses entry date to the submitted date on the expense report
Quick Workflows
Fixed an issue where Automated Service Orders configured to also send an Email Template that contained an attached XLSX Merge Document would not send the service order
The Create CDR Entries automation now supports blank Effective Dates and/or End Dates to accommodate CDR Entries where one or both of these fields do not apply
Report Scheduler
User Report drop-down converted to type-ahead and with a navigation link to the selected user report
Resource Change Batch
Batch error now contains links to template pages to easily correct configuration
Search Box
New available options in the Search Box (previously known as Configuration Search) to support searches for:
Both company and system-level Business Rules
Employees – supporting search on employee name and employee system number
Assignments - supporting search on employee name, to and from country and city, assignment policy and assignment system number
Security Updates
As a standard process, Equus fixes vulnerabilities found through testing and analysis. For this release, a few enhancements have been made to address findings
System Preferences
Updated the description of preference code ENTRYDEXDT to clearly indicate it does not affect expenses submitted using the Employee Experience
Added a new Approval Link Window (APRLNKWNDW) power user system preference to limit the number of days that approval email links are valid (Set default to 14 days, Max limit 60 days)
Tax
A new Coverage Information Complete Date field has been added to the Tax/Social Insurance screen to track the date on which all information has been provided for the Social Insurance coverage application
A new Amount Taxable Via Payroll? field has been added to the Tax Equalization screen to track the treatment of Tax Equalization payments for payroll processing
User Reports
Fixed an issue where migrated User Reports with custom fields would error
User Maintenance
A new IDP field has been added to the User Maintenance screen, to allow IDP selection when enabling a SSO User in a system with multiple IDPs
Vendor Integration
Unsupported fields have been removed from the Event Definition Trigger Field lists to reduce misconfiguration
Added permission set for documents to be inserted onto the Assignment Documents page
Move Management permission set supports the ability to create, delete or update Insurance record(s)
Assignment Pet data now links to Assignment Move Management Record
Move Management permission set supports Source System Text Key for Vehicles
Visa and Work Permits
A new Job Description field has been added to the Visa and Work Permits screen to track information required for employees to obtain permits

Fixed an issue where the Task and Notifications widget was not showing a link to questionnaires in some sites
