Why is the Compensation Calculation Line Item drop down blank?

The drop down list for the Compensation Calculation Line Item parameter may appear empty before running the Compensation Calculation Details report from the Review & Reports tab. This may indicate that you have inadvertently cleared the Equus Tax Engine calculations when using the [Save & Back], [Save & Next] or [Save] buttons on the Calculations Inputs or Line Items tab directly prior to the running the report.

To recalculate the taxes, navigate to the Line Items tab and click on either the [Calculate & Save] or [Calculate & Next] button. When pressing on the either of these two buttons, the calculation counter decrements on the each click of calculating taxes.

To navigate to the Review & Reports tab, after clicking on [Calculate & Save], click on the Review & Reports tab; do not click on the [Save & Next] to navigate to the next tab. To navigate to the Review & Reports screen without clicking on the tab name, use the [Calculate & Next] button.

When running the Compensation Calculation Details report again, the drop down list for the Compensation Calculation Line Item parameter will be populated.
