Custom fields at both the system and company level are available to be used in the business rules logic criteria.
If a company level custom field is created a for specific company it is available to be selected:
when selecting the "Field" option in the Business Rules configuration
in a Table Lookup - Output Column, as a filter and sort by field
Created company-level custom fields are only available under the same company Business Rules for example, custom fields created in Company A should not be available in business rules under any company except for Company A.
For multi-context business rules, company-level custom field is only available under that context parameter inside the multi-context source. For example, if the data type of the custom field is a table under the Assignment context, it is available only available in the Assignment Context - e.g. custom field with the type of data “Accounts“
In cases where the custom field has the checkbox Authorization Screen Available checked, it is available in the Assignment context and Authorization context e.g. custom field with the type of data "Assignment.
