When selecting the User Report for the Advanced Automation feature, the list of user reports will automatically be filtered to display system level user reports that have the Export Type of Flat File and where the user report's filter prompt uses the Data Type and/or Data Source of the Quick Workflow and that this filter is active.
When creating the user report that will result into an import the following must be observed:
1. Create Column Caption Names in the Data Fields section that match the required header of the import to be used. In this example, the selected import is the Employee Assignment Flexible Header Import.
2. In the Filters section, include an active report filter based on the Data Type and/or Data source to be used in the Quick Workflow. In this example, the Quick Workflow's Data Type is Assignment so Assignment:ID is used as the report filter prompt.
3. The output format of the user report should be a Flat File to match the format of the import to run. On the Export Options Tab, populate the fields as per screenshot:
'Flat File' for Export Type
Enter ',' as the Flat File Delimiter
Tick the Header Row? box
Tick 'Hide?' for any column caption names that are not part of the import header
