Security for a user page is configured within the Role Maintenance screen in the Screen Rights section under the Name specified for the User Page. For it to appear, the User Page must be active.
On the Page Details section, use the convenient link 'Configure Security' to access the Role Maintenance screen via the Security Roles screen.
After clicking on Configure Security for Page link, the Security Role screen appears. Select the required role that will have access to the User Page. You can then grant the appropriate security access rights to the selected Security Role on the Role Maintenance screen.
If section security has been added on the User Page via the Secure Section checkbox, the section will then be located within the Screen Section Rights section.
The same process applies to configure access rights. You can use the 'Configure Security for Section' link to access the Security Role as above:
Note - if you enable Secure Section, you need to ensure the Lock and Unlock rights for the Section under role maintenance match the main parent page. You may not see the expected buttons if the section and parent page security for lock and unlock are different.
