The Advanced Filters section will only appear in a user report you are editing if there is a data field with an aggregate function applied into it.

Unlike standard filters, the logic on advanced filters of a user report depends on the fields that are aggregated.

In the following example, the Assignee Compensation Information user report includes a Sum aggregate on the Current Annual Base Pay Amount Field.

Since there is a data field with an aggregate applied into it, then the Advanced Filters section will appear below the standard Filters section in the user report.

When configuring advanced filters, only aggregated fields can be chosen from the Available Filter Fields section.

In this example, the following advanced filter was added:

  • ASSIGNMENT COMP & PAYROLL INFO: Current Annual Base Pay Amount Is Greater Than ASSIGNMENT COMP & PAYROLL INFO: Previous Annual Base Pay Amount
