Users access can be limited based on certain countries. For a given country, users be configured to view assignments that are moving from that country, to that country or both. This security is defined at the user level on the User Maintenance screen on the Country Security tab by configuring whether to grant or deny access to a given country. Note that the additional security tabs are available if the User Type is set to <External Client> or if the Has All Assignment Rights check box is unticked for User Types <Internal> or <Internal Read Only> on the General tab on the User Maintenance screen.

On the Country Security Security tab, select the company from the Company drop down list.

Exceptions are made by clicking the

button, selecting the Country exception from the drop down list and ticking the checkboxes - From Country and To Country. To add multiple groups to a user record at once, type the required number in the number box before clicking the

button. If neither From Country nor To Country are checked, the screen will error upon clicking

.

In the example below, the user has been configured to only have access to assignments from United Kingdom to United States. This is indicated by the Default Access Type being set to <Deny> and the two exceptions being set to "United Kingdom" From Country and "United States" To Country.
